As you browse, decide which product(s) you would like to order and add them to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button on the applicable product page. All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipping, but we suggest that you inspect your order closely upon its receipt to ensure it is correct and undamaged. Shipping charges, both going out and returning, are not refundable. Shipping charges are only refundable if the product was defective or shipped as a result of our error. The refund must be given to the original person who purchased the product, even if you received it as a gift. There are five qualifications to our return policy:
- The product must have been bought directly from MIDWAYDEALS.COM.
- The package you return may be open, but the product must be in its original condition, and you must also include the box of the product [not the shipping carton].
- To receive a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, simply login to your account at MIDWAYDEALS.COM and click on "RMA Request" and complete the ensuing form.
- You must return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
